For prom, let the latest trends guide you to all-out glamour that fits your personal style.

When it comes to this year’s prom dresses, the options are as limitless as your imagination.

From the class Cinderella ball gowns sprinkled with sequins and beading and layered in chiffon to elegant gowns with the jaw-dropping red carpet drama of Hollywood (sometimes accented with a high slit-Angelina, move over), the looks are fun and flirty, cool and classy.

Key this year are styles that feature high-low hem-lines (short in the front and long on the sides and back); full skirts; off-center slits; one-shoulder, halter or strapless necklines; and of course, short dresses that you can twirl the night away in.

In keeping with one of spring’s hottest trends, you’ll find pretty dresses in pastel colors. Want to go bolder? Look for fuchsia, neons and patterns such as animal prints and florals.

Bling up your look with rhinestone or gold- or silver-tone jewelry, and maybe a funky, feathery headband.  Don’t forget to top it off with statement -making shoes and a killer clutch.

Whether you want to look glamorous, romantic, edgy or classic, there are more than enough options to warrant several shopping trips for you and your girlfriends.
